Description: Saint Sebastian cared for by Irene and her helpers. In a room with a blue and cream tiled floor, the arrow-wounded Sebastian sits on a mattress, supported in his back by an old woman with a white headscarf. Except for a loincloth, he is completely naked. To the left, Irene is kneeling by him, supporting his head with her left hand, while holding one of his wrists with the other. A helper on the right is pulling an arrow from Sebastian's neck. In the foreground a red basin with sponge, cloth, arrows and an ointment jar with bottle.
